Replacement and Refund Policy

This policy explains when you may be eligible for a replacement advertisement or a refund for services purchased from OZbabesNguys.

When This Policy Does Not Apply

You are not eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You change your mind, no longer want your advertisement, or find a cheaper alternative after your advertisement has been submitted and made live on our platform.
  • Your advertisement was suspended or deleted by OZbabesNguys because you violated our Advertiser Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your advertisement violates our terms and conditions and/or advertising rules, as stated on this website.
  • Any of our products or services are temporarily unavailable.

When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement advertisement or a refund if:

  1. Your advertisement was not displayed after payment was successfully processed.
  2. Your advertisement was incorrectly suspended or deleted by OZbabesNguys, and it fully complied with the OZbabesNguys advertising rules.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund, you must:

  1. Notify OZbabesNguys of your request as soon as possible, clearly stating the reason for your request (referencing the conditions above).
  2. Provide sufficient information to OZbabesNguys to allow us to review your account and advertisement, and investigate any errors you report. This may include, but is not limited to, payment details, advertisement ID, and a description of the issue.

Our Review Process

An OZbabesNguys representative will contact you within 30 days of receiving your request to determine if a replacement or refund will be approved. OZbabesNguys has the sole discretion to authorize replacements or credits on a case-by-case basis.

Important Acknowledgments

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the cost of any services provided to you before OZbabesNguys receives and processes your replacement or refund request. OZbabesNguys may adjust any replacement or refund amount by issuing you with a voucher for the full amount or a proportion of the fees payable for services already rendered.

If a Replacement or Refund Voucher is Issued

If a replacement or refund voucher is approved and issued, you can use it to place another advertisement of the same value. You will also be permitted to update this new advertisement for a period of seven (7) business days from its placement.

This Replacement and Refund Policy is an integral part of the overall OZbabesNguys Terms and Conditions.
