1. General Restrictions

The information you provide about yourself and your services must not include:

• False or Misleading Information: Your content cannot be inaccurate, fraudulent, or deceitful.
• Illegal Activity: Content that violates any federal, state, or local laws is strictly prohibited.
• Infringing Content: You may not use material that infringes on someone else's intellectual property, publicity rights, or privacy. This includes using copyrighted or trademarked material like photos, images or another person's likeness without permission.
• Harmful Code: Content must be free from any harmful code that could damage or interfere with our systems or user data.
• Offensive Material: Content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening is not allowed.
• Minors: Any depiction, suggestion, or intimation that a person in your content is a minor is strictly forbidden.

2. Advertisement Text

Your ad text and profile descriptions must be clear and compliant with our policies. You may not use text that:

• Promotes Illegal Activity: This includes using slang or "code" words that reference or promote unlawful acts.
• Describes Prohibited Activities: You cannot describe activities—even as part of a fantasy or role-play—that involve hypnosis, blackmail, financial domination, bestiality, hate crimes, violence, incest, blood, feces, urination, age play, or torture.
• Is Discriminatory: We are an inclusive platform. Therefore, any language that is racist, homophobic, transphobic, or derogatory towards any group of people is prohibited.

3. Photos and Visual Content

OZbabesNguys does not accept any visual content that depicts actual or simulated sexual activity. All photos and images you provide must not include:

• Minors: Photos cannot depict anyone who is or appears to be under 18 years old. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
• Genitalia: You may not expose or make visible a person's genital area, vulva, or anus, even if blurred or partially covered by clothing.
• Sexually Explicit Focus: Photos cannot be framed in a way that makes a person's genitals the main focus.
• Simulated Sex: Displaying or suggesting actual or simulated sex, including the use of sex toys, is not allowed.
• Pain or Violence: Photos cannot depict or suggest violence or any activity that causes pain or anguish.
• Editing and Filters: Images with stickers, emojis, Snapchat-style filters, borders, or text (other than a discreet watermark) will be rejected.
• Low Quality: All photos must be of sufficient quality and meet our image standards.

Enforcement and Consequences

We reserve the right to remove any images that do not comply with these guidelines. We actively monitor account activities for compliance. Severe violations of these standards or our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or other guidelines may result in the immediate deletion of your advertising profile without prior notice.
